This was a lovely spot. Tranquil (we saw deer in the backyard), but also within walking distance of: the harbour (with all its sites, art galleries, restaurants and stores), a grocery store, a Nova Scotia Liquor Store and a wonderful restaurant (the Bluenose Lodge). The accommodations themselves were perfect for our needs. A tiny, but very well-stocked and functioning Kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the spaciousness and homey feel of our unit.

We had a very good, three night stay (mid-Oct, ‘25). Well maintained property. Spacious room. Clean. Ample yard, parking, w/back porch and front door entry for our room. Easy to walk to downtown Lunenburg. Close to public park, grocery store, indoor ice rink (& curling!). Secure, well locked property.

A beautiful old house. Renovated to the highest standard. Spotlessly clean. Very Comfortable. Excellent location Close to Lunenberg centre. Would definitely stay again. There was no wardrobe or set of drawers. The empty pantry would make an excellent wardrobe at Little cost.

Stayed 2 nights in August. Space was great and bed comfortable. Spent some time reading on deck and watching deer in backyard. Walked into Lunenburg each day and to farmers market on Thursday.Wished there was a frying pan to cook eggs for breakfast, otherwise glad we chose to stay there.

We stayed for 3 nights at The Kinley House and really loved it! We've stayed in many self-contained units over the years and this one just hit it out of the park. - Location - excellent. The proximity to the Old Town area was a short 15min walk. And there are a couple very cool pubs even closer than that. - Character - charming. We stayed in Suite 3 and highly recommend. A super warm feeling as soon as we walked in with lots of original period details. And definitely a great size! - Cleanliness - pristine! - Bright light filled rooms, a great deck, quiet (maybe a few sounds of footstaps above but really nothing that earplugs at night won't fix)...we were sorry to leave it. - Kitchen is tiny so really its to keep drinks cold and have simple breakfast only. But there is a BBQ! We will be back. Highly recommend.
