What a lovely place! Beautifully appointed legacy house with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and very enjoyable stay. Close to all of the amazing things Lunenberg has to offer as well as services such as grocery stores. We would recommend this as an excellent place to stay without hesitation.

The house was very nostalgic and clean. The apartment we stayed in was quaint and roomy. We loved the front porch and the whole layout. The parking was nice and roomy. There wasn’t a place to hang things (a closet) but we couldn’t figure out how a closet would have fit into the design either.

Thank you for a great stay. The suite is very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It is a short pleasant walk to the waterfront shopping and restaurant area. We stayed in Spring, but imagine this place would be a very welcome respite from the crowds in Summer. The deck is lovely and has what seems to be a new BBQ installed. The hosts were lovely, even checking in on us if it was OK to do maintenance work on one of the other suites on one afternoon. A beautiful place, highly recommend.

The Kinley House was charming, cozy and our exact definition of a perfect stay! Check in was accommodating, simple, and the host was great to answer any questions we had. The room was beautiful, with all of amenities needed to feel like you were at home. The kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom area were very clean, and stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. The location is also excellent, within walking distance from many local pubs and shops! Kinley House is rich with history, and the perfect example of a functional and preserved heritage home. Would recommend, 5 Stars!

Absolutely lovely. Beautiful Home in walking distance of the historic district and pubs etc. Room was clean and roomy and very well done. New, but without losing its historical integrity. Will stay here again!

This was a lovely spot. Tranquil (we saw deer in the backyard), but also within walking distance of: the harbour (with all its sites, art galleries, restaurants and stores), a grocery store, a Nova Scotia Liquor Store and a wonderful restaurant (the Bluenose Lodge). The accommodations themselves were perfect for our needs. A tiny, but very well-stocked and functioning Kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the spaciousness and homey feel of our unit.

Everything, it was an amazing place, clean comfortable and beautiful! We spent time under the beautiful maple tree in the yard sheltered from the rain and it was absolutely lovely. Nothing, it was all great!

A beautiful old house. Renovated to the highest standard. Spotlessly clean. Very Comfortable. Excellent location Close to Lunenberg centre. Would definitely stay again. There was no wardrobe or set of drawers. The empty pantry would make an excellent wardrobe at Little cost.

Stayed 2 nights in August. Space was great and bed comfortable. Spent some time reading on deck and watching deer in backyard. Walked into Lunenburg each day and to farmers market on Thursday.Wished there was a frying pan to cook eggs for breakfast, otherwise glad we chose to stay there.

Old style home, comfortable and a good size. Very quiet. It’s great that my room had a separate bathroom and kitchen. It was about a 10 minute walk to downtown.
