The Kinley House: Heritage Suites in Lunenburg

We spent two nights at the Kinley House, and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is perfectly situated, with an easy walk to downtown Lunenburg, and a grocery store, liquor store, and pharmacy (as well as a Tim Horton's) literally around the corner. The space was exactly as described, and Dave was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Wir haben wunderbare 3 Nächte in Suite 4 verbracht. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr schöne, moderne Ausstattung: Klimaanlage, Küchenzeile, sehr großes Bett. Die Einrichtung hat einen maritimen Touch und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Check-In und Check-Out waren super unkompliziert. Die Lage war toll: 12-15 min. zu Fuß zur Waterfront. Auch tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge an wunderbare Strände.

Beautiful amd clean room as seen in pictures with fully equipped kitchen and brand new air conditioner . Only a few minutes walk to the main street where all the restaurants are located and a grocery store just 10 mins away. We had a great stay at the Kinley House:)

Great location with a quick walk to Lunenburg mostly on the harbor walking path. Easy access to room and clear instructions. The room had everything we needed including coffee. We would love to stay here again.

The kinley house never disappoints! Such a beautiful place within walking distance to town. The room was lovely and the host is very friendly and helpful with anything you may need. Will definitely be back in the future!

Enjoyed staying at a well kept mansion. Very close to town and all the amenities but far enough away that it was quiet, private and pleasant. Nice having cable for NHL playoffs. Would recommend.

We stayed here in Feb , loved the space , bed was comfy , table and chairs were good and kitchenette built into closet was well appointed I would say with the space a love seat would have been a nice but otherwise we were very happy with the room. Getting in is a bit clunky , front door was difficult at times as was room to open and a couple of large doors in between, so coming in and out with luggage was a bit of a chore . The lack of snow removal was probably the most noticeable thing when we arrived, no avoiding wet, cold feet and the morning we left it had rained and very slippery driveway , no salt around the entrance made it sketchy to get to the car . So mostly seemed no one on site taking care of the property, but we still would recommend.

The Kinley House was perfect for a transition time while waiting for my daughter's belongings to arrive, as she moves into this lovely town. The apartment had everything we needed - was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen space was adequate for preparing simple meals. The bed and bedding were very comfortable - we slept well! Would definitely return for another stay in the future.

The Kinley House was an absolute gem to stay at. The character of the home added to the overall experience while having modern updates in the suite. We will be back again in the summer months to explore even more of this charming town! Highly recommend the Kinley House for your visit.

Absolutely charming, cozy, and had everything I needed for a couple night stay. Host was very responsive. I appreciated the super comfy bed and linens…I really enjoyed staying in this historic home it was beautiful 😊 and very close to grocery store and the restaurants at the oceans edge.
